For this reason: Do not commission me for a time sensitive piece unless I am explicitly advertising this perk.
(Examples of ‘time sensitive pieces’: birthday/anniversary/holiday gift pieces that are expected by the commissioner to be made within a time limit. My work is NOT timed.)+ Please understand that I am a human and have a full time job I have to attend in person, as well as my commission work, so things might be slow or fast depending on what’s going on.+ Commissioners will be updated and messaged in the case it might be taking longer than anticipated.+ I do not do refunds, but this has a rare exception in the case life got too in the way, or extreme complications in real life has appeared and I feel as though I can’t finish.+ I have recently also began sending WIP sketches, asking for approval and moving onto lining and coloring. I will wait until I get explicit approval and feedback before moving on.
This being said, please do look at your inbox.+ It is within my promise that you, the commissioner, will always receive your piece.+ If you have any concerns, please feel free shoot me a message and I will provide WIP’s, but do not rush me along.+ Lastly: Bear in mind, if you are in a long queue, (ex. 5 or more commissioners) this process will or might especially take longer, up to a month or longer, accounting for my job I attend in real life too.
